Detail Itinerary :

Meet – up at our school 07 Nguyen Ba Lan Street 15 minutes before booked time to get introduced plan for the day and get to know other attendants.
Start walking to the local wet market near our school and buy necessary ingredients, learn about local different produce and ways of life.
Walk back to the kitchen and learn to cook 5 dishes, you can participate in all steps and cook yourself all 5 dishes.
Sit down and enjoy your fruits of labor. Toast together with our homemade rice vodka. Receive cook book and certificate. End of class.
