Continuing the success of Hanoi's Apron Up Cooking Class, we proudly introduce Da
Nang branch. Offering foreign friends a culinary voyage through Central Vietnam's
local recipes and culture. Join us for more than just cooking; it's an immersive
cultural experience. Let's savor and share the flavors of middle Vietnam!

1 ) Daily cooking class Itinerary
Meet – up at our school 07 Nguyen Ba Lan street 15 minutes before booked time to get introduced plan for the day and get to know other attendants.
Start walking to the local wet market near our school and buy necessary ingredients, learn about local different produce and ways of life.
Walk back to the kitchen and learn to cook 5 dishes, you can participate in all steps and cook yourself all 5 dishes.
Sit down and enjoy your fruits of labor. Toast together with our homemade rice vodka. Receive cook book and certificate. End of class.

2 ) Private classes - Duration: 4 hours including Market visited - 3 Classes Everyday at 8h00 AM, 12h00 & 16h00

Hàu nướng mỡ hành – oyster/ clam grilled with shallot and onion
Nem lụi – Grilled pork Danang style serves with herbs, dipping sauce
Nộm bò khô – Beef jerky and papaya salad
Chè sầu – Durian dessert (or fruit mix dessert)
